Our birth doula service includes an initial consultation, a minimum of three prenatal appointments, help with birth planning, continuous availability throughout your pregnancy via email, text and telephone, professional referrals, childbirth education recommendations, access to local resources for pregnancy and birth topics, presence and support at your birth, no matter the length, and at least three postpartum follow up appointments.

The support a doula provides is personalized to each family. We will spend our prenatal appointments getting to know you so that we can optimize that personalization. We will make sure you have access to the resources you need to educate yourself on birth so that you can make informed choices once in labor.  Birth doula support fees are $1,500-$2,000 (sliding scale).
